About the Event
Avraham’s journey is mentioned every day in the morning services (pesukei d’zimra / zemirot). His journey, which takes him through the centers of civilization at the time, leads him to Egypt - and to a promise of an Exodus whose importance cannot be overstated.
This tour explores the common roots of Islam 🕌🕋 and Judaism's 🕍✡️ Monotheism - and the Abraham Accords.
The main focus is Avraham's physical journey from Ur, through Harran, Canaan and to Egypt, and its essential role in Jewish identity.

This is a virtual tour delivered via Zoom.
To watch it you must have a zoom account, and please make sure you know how to use Zoom's basic features: turn on/off camera and microphone, use the chat, and rename your account so it is not generic e.g. "iPhone5".
This tour is approximately one hour long, in ENGLISH with Q&A session in the end.
After the tour, you will receive a follow-up email with resources. You may also access the recording for a limited amount of time with a private link for you only. You may register for the tour and ask for the recording only, and you may sign up for past virtual tours and watch them (for limited time).
