About the Event
“In every generation a person must regard themselves as though they personally had gone out of Egypt” (Mishna, Pesachim 10:5) How can we see ourselves as if we left Egypt? What is it about Egypt that made Freedom so difficult, how does history and archeology enhance our understanding of Torah?
Journey back in time to Ancient Egypt with a fresh and new take on Pesach and the Exodus, and take a closer look at the details in the parashot of Shemot-Beshalach through the lens of Ancient Egypt and archeology in museums around the world.
